After Hours and Home Visits: After hours healthcare services are provided through the Sydney Medical Service (SMS) by telephoning 13 26 60. Home visits may be provided for regular patients of the Centre who have mobility restrictions. Please discuss your requirements with Reception staff.
Recall/Reminder System: You will be automatically enrolled in our Recall/Reminder System to inform you of recurring healthcare issues such as annual check ups, discussion of test results and immunisations. Please advise Reception if you do not wish to receive reminders. Patients will be contacted for recalls when clinically indicated.
Telephone Policy: Most issues are best dealt with in a consultation with your Doctor. If you wish to make contact with the Doctor, please leave a message with our Reception staff and the Doctor will endeavour to return your call within 24 hours of their next consultation day. Please inform the receptionist if your call is urgent.
Test Results and Referrals: Test results are best obtained in a booked consultation with your Doctor. If you are unable to make an appointment to see the Doctor, please leave a message for your Doctor. If you wish to discuss your results in detail, please make an appointment with your Doctor.
